Experienced RNs– Are you looking for a well-paying FEE FOR SERVICE position with Flexible Hours at a great Home Care Agency?

Sara Companion HomeCare Services is a New York State Licensed Home Care Agency specializing in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. Our goal is to provide quality continuity of care to our clients.

Job Qualifications:

· Candidate needs to hold a non-restrictive NYS RN/Registered Nurse or license.

· The ideal candidate will have a minimum of:

• 4 years minimum of Clinical RN experience
• 2 years minimum of Field Nurse Home Care experience
• 3 years working at a NYS licensed home care services agency

· For RNs we offer competitive fee for service rates for visits ($80 – $100) and a flexible work schedule.

· Home Health Aide Instructional experience is a plus for orientations, in-service classes and/or the NYS DOH HHA approved training program.

· A car is required.

Salary: $80.00 – $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
