We know how important it is for our caregivers to be able to find the forms they need quickly, so please think of this page as your resource for SARA forms.

New York State Required Courses

Certified HHAs and PCAs are required by the New State Department of Labor or Health to complete courses. As a courtesy to our caregivers, in this area we will provide the links you need.

All employees must take the following Sexual Harassment course. SARA will NOT be sent notification that you have completed it, so you must download the certificate or take a photo when it appears on screen at the end of the course. Then email it to Siah Nelson at siahn@saracompanions.com. Thank you.

Exciting News – Our new SARA Team Website!

In 2024, we’ll be expanding this portal to an entire website dedicated to our employees, and especially our caregivers.

The Sara Companion Employee Information website will be your “go to” for all things important about being a SARA. Our goal is provide the best experience possible with the new website and provide you with the information tools you need to “stay in the know” and to succeed at SARA.

As SARA continues to grow, we want all our caregivers to be an integral part of the agency’s success so we are continuing to fine tune our policies, procedures, and management strategies to ensure that both our clients and our caregivers are well taken care of and happy.
