SARA has been providing home care for more than a decade. We are a New York State Department of Health licensed home care agency. We are also bonded and insured with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau ( BBB ).

At SARA, we understand the enormous trust and confidence you place in us. We are committed to providing you with the best, most experienced caregivers. All our caregivers are certified by the New York State Department of Health, whether they be Home Health Aides ( HHA ) or Personal Care Assistants ( PCA ). The patient’s plan of care is supervised by one of our NYS licensed Registered Nurses (RN) who conduct the initial patient visit. Consequent home visits can be made by a RN or a LPN. All caregivers must attend continuing education classes to ensure the highest standard of care. Our SARA Human Resources Compliance team also researches the employment, personal, and criminal background, as well as checking all New York State professional databases before employing any person.

SARA provides a long list of home care services including :

Of course. We work with you to determine the type of home care and the number of hours / days desired. A SARA Client Care Coordinator will speak with you in depth about your situation, learning about your needs, the health situation of the person needing care, and about any health concerns. Your coordinator will be available to answer questions or discuss care during the entire length of SARA’s service.
